Who is Seer for?
Seer is built for people managers with direct reports. In our Alpha phase it doesn't matter if you manage 1 or 100 people we want to hear from you.
What does 'per manager per month' mean
Each person who runs 1:1s through Seer counts as one manager seat. Direct reports don't require a seat, only the manager who runs the meetings.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We're GDPR compliant with all data hosted in Europe. We've built Seer with enterprise security from the ground up. Every insight links to a specific transcript citation, no black box processing.
What happens after the alpha?
Our Alpha participants will have the opportunity to convert to our paid plan but at a reduced Founder rate for life.
Can I cancel anytime?
During the alpha, there's no payment required. After launch we'll offer a standard monthly plan that you can cancel anytime.
